Application deadline: Friday March 9, 2018 PM MST

The Feminist Research Institute is accepting applications for graduate student paper prize. The prize is awarded to an original paper  written by a University of New Mexico graduate student who is working towards an MA, PhD, or professional degree. The author of the prize winning paper will receive a $300 award. The recipient will give a public reading of the paper in the Fall semester.

Essays will be judged on the use of feminist/LGBT/Queer/Queer of Color inquiry to analyze topics related to gender or sexuality. For more information go to the Graduate Student Paper Prize Web Page.
